It’s always a win coming to see Roxanna, she puts my games on tv nba or nfl and is very social. Enjoy her company every visit she knows her drinks and specials of the day, I do plan on coming back?

I'm always off and on with work but when I order take out and see the "R" I know Roxanne prepped my order and I'm never dissatisfied with my meal once it arrives.

Unfortunately, this place is not what it used to be. We had gone to Red Lobster a few months ago, but the air conditioner was not working, so we left.This time, the restaurant was still hot inside, although not too uncomfortable because the weather was cool outside. This restaurant is dingy and smells musky. We were provided with their famous biscuits, but offered no butter. Also, the biscuits were old and not fresh. Potato soup was good. Loaded baked potato was undercooked and hard. My Mom's shrimp had no flavor.Sorry, but we will not be patronizing this place anymore. Now with some other, even better options in town, Red Lobster needs to really step up their game.

I finally got a chance to go back to red lobster with my bf and got the best service and laughs from Roxanne yesterday. Definitely will be planning a trip with the kids to hopefully see her again.

The shellfish at this location is to DIE for! The shrimp cocktails were just right! Service was impeccable and a server was always there when needed! 10/10 would go again. Hope all the other red lobsters are as good as this laredo location!

What I liked most was the excellent service from the very friendly waiter who came to the table very often to ask if everything was okay. The delicious food, the perfect atmosphere, not like in other restaurants where the employees are in a bad mood, they take it out on you and still They want to tip as if they were giving us food.
