Great experience with Julieta this afternoon. Took in a picture of what I was looking for in hairstyle and she was able to cut and style my hair very similar to what the picture depicted. I enjoyed the fact she took her time in cutting my hair and explained how to style my hair on a daily basis.
Requested style: I requested short layers with a sort-of-curtain hairstyle. I still wanted to maintain some length on the back.
Hair type: I had shoulder length hair without too much definition and/or layers. Julieta was able to add some layers and definition to my hair all while cutting approximately an inch and a half off my length and giving my hair some form.
Stylist: Julieta was my stylist and I was very impressed with her work today.

Andrea at this location did an excellent job on my hair, it came out beautifully. She was also very sweet and caring. Will definitely be coming to her for my all hair needs.
I have 2 other friends that get their hair cut by Andrea as well and their hair always comes out great, so she knows what she’s doing. Cannot recommend enough.

Horrible experience involving hair dye. Went in one day to ask for a specific hair dye color to which one of the ladies told me I’d only need to use toner on my hair to get the color I wanted. I, however, already knew my hair had to be bleached because of how blotchy my hair was from other dyes but I trusted them since they were the professionals. Next day, they dye my hair and I went home not liking the color because it wasn’t the color I wanted. I call and tell them the situation and they tell me to go in tomorrow so that they can fix the color for free to which I agreed. Next day, I go in one of the ladies dyed my hair again literally just a shade lighter to which I complained about too because it wasn’t the color I told them I wanted it. They proceed to try to manipulate me into telling me that I needed to get my hair bleached from the beginning instead of only using a toner to get the color I wanted. I told them that they were the ones who told me I needed toner only to get the color I wanted and that from the beginning I knew my hair needed to get bleached. Throughout the entirety of them trying to “fix my hair” the owner or manager was just next to me the whole time angry at me telling me how it’s my fault for denying wanting to bleach my hair. They denied me a refund and told me that they couldn’t do anything because the products were already used up on my hair. Nothing was given to me for some sort of closure. I left with $150 less for something I didn’t want.

I had been going to the same hairdresser for 25 years. I had to find a new one, and I was scared, but they did a fantastic job on my hair. I highly recommend this place.

asked for a blowout, and i asked what the service included and they said the shampoo, the blowout, and products for $40. i said okay they took me in immediately. i specifically asked the lady i wanted my ends curled and to please not leave it straight. she finished an hour later and left my hair PIN STRAIGHT and FLAT. i had payed and told the girls at the desk i was very dissatisfied and that this is not a blowout and i truly wanted my money back. the boss comes and tells me i can’t get my money back because they didn’t even charge me for the extra length which is $22 because my hair is very long, and she said if wanted a good blowout it’s an extra $25 for the curling iron. basically told me i can’t get my money back bc i wasn’t even charged correctly, which is not the customers problem . i was only okay with paying because the doing a blowout is VERY tiring. such a classic hair do and this salon can’t even get it right ? do not recommend.

Horrible service!! I walked in yesterday at 5:20 just to get a hair cut. There was 3-4 ladies sitting down doing absolutely nothing! One of them asked me what I was going to be getting done which I replied "Only hair cut" she turned around to ask one of the girls which had purple hair and with an attitude responded "Tomorrow". She then told me that they had tomorrow available in the morning. I said nevermind and left. I mean closing was at 7, they weren't going to take more than an hr cutting my hair. I have very thin hair, they would've finished in less than 30 minutes. I walked by twice and they were all just sitting down talking to each other when they could of been doing a hair cut and getting a new customer. It was my first time ever being there. Never going back!

They ruined my hair I was crying for 3 hours and now I have to wear a cap tell my hair grows they left me almost bald and and tell now I am still crying because I have to hide my hair I don’t feel beautiful anymore I lost my confidence I have to hide my hair at work with a cap so they won’t make fun of me at work.
