Night and day is the difference between this location and the other shop on McPherson. First of all I wanted to say thank you for helping my husband. He normally goes to the north shop because it's closer to our home but recently it's been getting worse. I know it wasn't your all fault that the tires and rims weren't there, but thank you for explaining the contract for him there because at the other location was just signe here and leave. And thank to the staff once the tires were finally dropped off they did the work in less then 30min. Fast and great service. Next time I want all my business at this location. I dont care if I have to drive across town. 100 percent ill recommend you to my family and clients.

The staff was great. My daughter called and asked for a price, she was hesitant at first thinking its to good to be true, but as soon as we got to the shop the front staff explained to us the benefits this company has than the other guys. It was a no brainer. We did the paper work, got our tires installed, all in less then 1 hr. Thanks guys. I'll definitely be sending you my clients I work with

A passengers life at risk !! when they installed the new tires and rims I took home my old tires and rims but they did not give me the old lug nuts for whatever reason I had to return their merchandise back and I took my old tires and rims I told them that they did give me my old lug nuts so they installed I guess the cheapest lug nuts they have that did not even go with the rims

Great Customer services. We will be going back Saturday. Spoke with Lorenzo he was able to help me get the perfect wheels for my son's truck. Every where I called everyone would tell me they couldn't get the wheels my son wanted. Lorenzo kept looking and finally found something we wanted. Thank you.

They sale tires and rims. They will explain to you on the contract and how much you gonna be paying. They give you cleaning supplies for your car. Nice staff

I forgot to get the assistant managers name, but he went out of his way to lend a hand in changing my tire, and he even handed me a tool to make the job easier. If this is the kind of leadership that is part of this buisness than its 5 stars all the way. Thank you again!

Don’t even waste your time and go here worst customer service ever they gave me everything incorrectly there is supposed to sell me the package that came with getting the tires alignment at Pep Boys, but they didn’t give it to me. They gave me the wrong package.
