Just want to share and warn you all about can happen to anyone of you. I been a customer for years now, last time I bought some tires was back in 2023 in SA where I live now.. I found out I have some wheels and rims in Laredo,Tx all of a sudden under my name. Called the customer service to find out what was going on why was I getting emails that I had an account with them …. First they gave told me that yes I had an account with them in store # 49 in Laredo,Tx .Then they transferred me directly to the store but of course no one answered. Called customer service again asking for the direct number they told me we don’t have direct number….they Offered to look for the number 🙄 gave me another number same no one answered…. So I just looked it up myself this time someone answered go figure yeah…. I asked the person why I was getting emails saying I have an open account under my name … he asked my name and then he told me that no he could not find me .. so I gave him the account number and agreement number that appeared on the emails I been getting since September (3 months) he got kind of nervous then told me that it was a bug on the system… wow a bug for 3 months now really…. Asked for the manager of course he was not available at the time he had stepped out …. Asked for name and number …. Called manager never answered my call…. To make story short I got of hold of district manager too called and told him what was going on and he just told me he will look in to it… next day he just called me and told me the same thing that probably it was a mistake and that there is nothing in my name ….. I am very upset of the reason that my information stays in there system and they use it to open accounts without your consent …. And to top it off it’s not the first time this happens to me with this company …. Just be careful check your emails be on the look out …. Identify theft is a crime FYI

The staff there is not trained at all correctly. They dont even speak English there. I kept asking for information and she kept saying to call back tomorrow or Monday for information when the manager comes back. This place just seems getting worse every day. I keep calling and no one answers my calls.

I had an issue in Laredo with my tire. Stopped by the store and spoke to Sal, he was happy to help. He fixed my problem and did not even charge me. Great place

They sale tires and rims. They will explain to you on the contract and how much you gonna be paying. They give you cleaning supplies for your car

Very bad service, went to see if they could help me with a tire and they told me didn't had a space for a flat tire because they were waiting in a truck that wasn't even there.

Returning customers never have a issue awesome customer service came in from out of town was in and out about 1 hr even got some free cleaning supplies differently a plus in my book

Customers BE AWARE of this place. They don’t have any warranty on their products. For those who bought their tires there, just be advised you have deal with the tire Manufacturer yourself instead of them doing it. Manager was EXTREMELY RUDE and NOT HELPFUL in any way.

Had my tires installed there for my charger , it was fast and easy straight to the point. I did not know they had a new Rent to own program, in house financing pretty cool. Saw some 22” on the rack, thinking abt them for my ford pickup.

Love my tires !!I would’ve Given 5 stars but the guy outside balancing the tires made my tires wobble!!!I was pist so just went to an other tire shop and payed instead of getting it for free ! ?

Super bad service they told me the tire tech was on break then another car shows up and they take him in, very unprofessional I got my rims and tires here a couple of years ago but will not be back for any future business

Please stay away from this place. Salvador Nevárez is vile & the most utterly disrespectful manager. I'm grateful I saw what was happening with some other poor woman who was sobbing outside & got her story before giving this place my business. Ridiculous treatment. Won't be coming back.

Customer service at this location is superb. You can tell that the new manager Christian cares about this business and taking care of his customers. My husband and I ordered tires online on 9/14 and the raw website doesn't actually send the information to the store, so we had to call in and place the order again, well to no fault of theirs we ordered the wrong size tires and instead of sending us on our way with 4 useless tires Christian went above and beyond to get us squared away. If you want excellent product and customer service I highly recommend this location.
