I have been working out for quite sometime now and have been purchasing my supplements at other locations around town. The past week, I decided to stop by this shop check them out. I was blown away by the service provided here, in specific, by Alfie. Alfie is a true knowledgeable and experience professional. Alfie took the time to hear my unique and specific goals, then analyzed with actual In-body data, and finally laid out a full plan for me to fulfil, along with the top-notch supplement brands, only available at Rock's. The experience was truly great, I recommend them to anyone that is looking to supplement their workout routines or even everyday life.
