I needed some items for the home, so I went to check on the website for the hours of operation. The schedule said the location closes at 9 p.m., so I went before 8:55 p.m. and the location was closed. The gate would not open after I tried entering my password five times. I signed into my account to see if my gate code had changed, or if I paid my balance and I found no problems. Please update when the location will be closed because the website and the phone line both said 9 p.m.

Excellent customer service from Ms. Lulu, very friendly, helpful and polite. Great new location with storage facilities available. Highly recommend if in need of extra room or just to keep fun outdoor RV’s, motorcycles or etc from direct HOT SUN UV rays.Thank you!

Luis was very helpful from the beginning. There was a problem with the website, so he said he would have it fixed and call me back. And he did! Very friendly and professional. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend RFM for you storage needs.
