Difficult to hv people answering the phone in service department. The lady answered the phone in service department , named “Eisa”, was rude. She puts me on hold for over 20 mins. Waste of my time. She definitely needs some service attitude training.

Ask for MR.JOSE SOLIS - BEST CAR SALESMAN!!!?? He made our car ? buying experience quick, painless, and totally worth it!!? No back and forth and was able to get us an amazing deal!!!?? Terrible service. It’s been MONTHSSSSS to fix my issue. They didn’t have the correct contact info saved for me so it took even longer. They just want to transfer to every department and no one picks up.

After an unfortunate car accident caused my vehicle to be totaled, I decided I would shop around the state of Texas to find a new vehicle. I had very specific things in mind for my car and there were few dealerships in Texas and surrounding states that had what I was looking for and thankfully, Sames Mazda in Laredo had exactly what I needed.If there’s ever been someone that matches the textbook definition of patient, it’s Danny. With me being located three hours away, I never actually stepped foot in this dealership until it was time to sign the papers, but Danny kept in frequent communication through texts and phone calls the entire time. Danny was helpful and considerate through the entire process leading up to everything as well as transparent. This was my very first car buying experience and I can't thank Danny and his managers enough for getting me into my new Mazda 3! If you're needing a new car and want to check this dealership out, Danny is the guy to ask for!

Worst customer service experience ever. Miguel Aguilar was supposedly helping us, but he didn’t want to run the numbers before even telling us that he couldn’t help us. The whole time he was just making up numbers in his head and kept saying I couldn’t get the car. Never going back to even potentially consider a car there because of this horrible experience.

Terrible customer service. I went for information and none of the "professionals" even greeted me, half information, pure sheepish employee who is just going to pretend that he works, both men and women. Disgusting service but that same shitty "service" they give they will receive in a place where they are the customers. One day they will pay for it.
