Better gas prices, no difficulty in filling up, no distractions you go get your gas and you're out of there , I go at 8 a.m. of course you need to have membership.

I am beyond upset with this Sam's club. We have a family friend and I found out there was no heat in his home. He is disabled. I placed an order for a Lasko heater, knowing it would at least heat the bedroom. I placed the order and received an order number. The next time available for pickup was the next day at 6:00 pm. We were ok with that knowing they accepted the order and processed my payment through Visa. When he went for pickup, there was no heater for him. The employee told him they pull from the shelves and there was no heater on the shelf. My question is this...so, Sam's gives you the order number and processes payment but does not pull the merchandise for pick up. Then, for the next 24 hours or so, they sell what is on the shelf to anyone who walks in without fulfilling a paid online order ??? You knew my order was in your system. You should have better inventory control than this. I called the help number only to be told they have a high number of orders. Shame on you, Sams Club! You left a disabled Marine without a heat source. My order was canceled. I want everyone to know when I got up this morning, it was 13 degrees outside. I am LIVID at the mishandling of this order and more even more angry at the lack of concern. Right now, I don't know if I will continue my membership.
