Owner was very rude to me when I spoke to her due to a misunderstanding on my end. For some context I’ve had this storage for over 10+ yrs & have NEVER missed a payment. Recently it had slipped my mind to make my payment and when I noticed this ,it was on Saturday night and they were closed. So of course I had to wait till Monday to rectify this issue especially since I had an item I desperately needed that night & the owner had already put a lock on my storage 1 day after my missed payment. I know it was my fault so I wasn’t upset. I called Monday to make my payment & the women who answered was rude from the get go. I explained that I needed an item from my storage & I didn’t understand why they would put a lock on my space without a courtesy call or email. The owner continued to just talk OVER me & ask for my card details. No consideration, no type of compassion just pure annoyance and disregard. All to say if you desperately need a storage place PLEASE do yourself the favor and rent down the street at ROOM FOR MORE. The rates are cheaper and Owner is very much understanding of human error. Can’t wait to take my business elsewhere.
