this is my second time coming here, I showed up a little before 7.. I’m so glad this place accepts walk in’s. So I did do my waiting a bit but it was fine bc it gives you time to really choose your colors. Ann was so nice and respectful. She recommended I try dip nails at least once and I just couldn’t say no, she was so sweet. So I tried it. My nail tech was very patient, and took her time, and we conversed for a while. I noticed most of the staff is friendly and kind. Lorena, my nail tech offered me something to drink. They have drinks like coffee, wine, water, soda if you’d like. I love how there are plenty of colors to chose from for your nails and offer other services like waxing along with manicure and pedicures. There also have small chair for child to get a pedicure as well, so cute. Maybe when my daughter is older, I’ll definitely bring her in for a mommy daughter day 🩷 overall a very good experience and Lorena did an awesome job on my nails:)

I’ve never had a problem with select until yesterday when I went to go get my pedicure. the lady who got me was already with somebody and still decided to get me right away for the pedicure and she was rushing through the pedicure service and because of that she ended up messing up on my pedicure 3 times getting frustrated and impatient which was very noticeable she just got someone else to do her job and when she told the person she said it in a very rude way. that same lady went back to the person she originally had who was also waiting on her. It’s better to wait and do a good job the first time than to do this. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the name from the lady who ruined my experience to the second girl that got it done. I appreciate the second girl that stepped in she had to fix someone else’s mess and she did it with grace.

Not clean at all. The nail tech had a dirty nail file, nail bit, and the "arm rest" was a dirty pillow. She did do good on my nails but it was very unclean.

I’ve come here before and have had no complaints until today, very overpriced for the results and I didn’t even notice I was bleeding until I left. Ended up paying $106 for a simple mani pedi on my natural nails. They charged $5 for shaping and all my nails are a different shape, they’re not too bad but overall disappointed by the quality for the price. Also the nail tech used a towel that I saw fell on the floor to wipe down my nails.

I usually go get my nails and eyebrow wax here and had never had a bad experience , however this last time the nail tech apparently from McAllen had a horrible attitude, not sure if it was because it was close to the end of her shift, or she was having a bad day, nevertheless it was all around pitiful. If she didn’t say relax your hand like 20 Times it was too much!!! She apparently didn’t understand or know what American nail was??. Needless to say the whole experience was by far the worse ever. With that said, I will definitely steer clear from this nail tech!!! Will never ever let her do my nails again?. Oh and get this the lady that charged me when I asked if this nail that was done on me could be called American nail and she said YES AMERICAN !! Go Figure?. I Rest my case!! Live and Learn!!!

My first time here and they did not disappoint! did both manicure and pedicure and both turned out lovely. What I really enjoyed was the customer service. I felt so bad staying late, but they were very caring and took their time with their work. Will definitely stop by again. ?
