“When I first moved to Laredo I needed a secure storage facility at good prices. I found it here. I started with larger storage and moved down to a smaller one as time went on. The staff were very polite and helpful. I never had a theft problem mainly because of the high fence and cameras. When the time comes I will come here for my storage needs. Great prices and availibility.”

“Over the past 30+ years I have done business with self storage facilities in several major cities along the I-35 corridor, from Denton to Laredo, and Monaco Self Storage is, hands down, THE BEST I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
In addition to excellent security, the rates are reasonable, the facilities are impeccably CLEAN --no trash or vermin on the premises-- all the lighting is in working order, plus an added bonus is that the music played in the halls for climate controlled units takes me right back to high school. (I had to put boxes down to dance a little while moving in!)
The best part is the friendly, attentive management. Bruce & Karen Werstak listened to my needs, thoroughly explained every aspect of the rental process, and made me feel genuinely WELCOMED which is truly rare at the vast majority of businesses in Laredo.”

“I went to inquire about renting a storage for my business and the young ladies in the office were amazing!! Rebecca (manager) was so sweet and she gave me a tour of the storage building and I was so impressed with how clean and well kept everything is. I was also really excited to see that there are plenty of security cameras EVERYWHERE!! I love that they have a model of all the sizes in the office so that you can actually see what size all the units are. The climate control area is nice and cool. There are four floors but they have huge elevators and even a parking garage to unload your vehicle under a covered area so that you’re unloading comfortably, even when it’s raining, hot or cold. I’m so glad I came to inquire!!!”
