She was extremely friendly, kind, compassionate, and professional. She genuinely cared about helping me find a solution that worked for my situation. Her professionalism and customer service are outstanding, and she is a wonderful example of how customers should be treated. I truly appreciate everything she did for me. “The employee that helped me that day Ms. M Rangel has amazing customer service skills, made me feel welcomed, explained the rules and was very courteous. The facility was very clean and I mostly loved how compared to the entire competition around Laredo their rental options are fair. Store it all self storage rents to YOUR needs, while the competition rents you to THIER needs by some of them making you pay for the month you move in plus one additional month in advance.”

“When I first moved to Laredo I needed a secure storage facility at good prices. I found it here. I started with larger storage and moved down to a smaller one as time went on. The staff were very polite and helpful. I never had a theft problem mainly because of the high fence and cameras. When the time comes I will come here for my storage needs. Great prices and availibility.”

“Over the past 30+ years I have done business with self storage facilities in several major cities along the I-35 corridor, from Denton to Laredo, and Monaco Self Storage is, hands down, THE BEST I have ever had the pleasure of working with. In addition to excellent security, the rates are reasonable, the facilities are impeccably CLEAN --no trash or vermin on the premises-- all the lighting is in working order, plus an added bonus is that the music played in the halls for climate controlled units takes me right back to high school. (I had to put boxes down to dance a little while moving in!) The best part is the friendly, attentive management. Bruce & Karen Werstak listened to my needs, thoroughly explained every aspect of the rental process, and made me feel genuinely WELCOMED which is truly rare at the vast majority of businesses in Laredo.”
