I bought a Shavel electric blanket for my dad for his birthday a while ago, and he just loves it. The texture of the blanket is nice and the settings are easy for him to turn on and off. He is 91 and has arthritis in his hands. Great blanket, reasonable price and GREAT Customer service when I needed it for my dad!

The products are the best quality and the prices are amazing!
We have been buying these products for years and I just found out that their customer service is just as fantastic as the products are! I had forgotten to add in a coupon and I sent them a message stating that. Within a few days they got back to me and the problem was fixed. You will love the products and their excellent customer service team! Enjoy!

They responded in a timely manner and were very helpful. I forgot to register for my warranty and my controller went out. I was so upset and contacted them to make sure I was purchasing the right one for my blanket and they are sending me one free of cost! I am so happy. Thank you!

My blanket stopped working less than a year after purchase. It has now been a month of back and forth with awful customer service, and my replacement has still not been shipped. I would avoid giving this company your business at all costs if you value your time and sanity!

I bought the Shavel purple heated blanket. I contacted customer service the rep said I didn't have warranty. mind u less then a year. I bought replacement controller. burnt out now the other side has the same issue. this blanket
garbagespending 200 cuz I suffer from low iron waste of money

If I could leave negative stars I would. Controller for a $200 blanket lasted 3 days. You can't reach these people for warranty AT ALL!!!! Stay away from this company.

We own three Shavel heated blankets. They have worked perfectly, and my kids have LOVED them since we live in a cold climate. One day, right as the warranty was about to expire, one of the blankets just stopped working. I called and was immediately sent a new controller to try. It worked for a few weeks, but the blanket once again stopped working. After notifying Shavel right before Christmas (I believe it was even December 23, 2022) of all times, I was sent a new blanket as a replacement. Joana, who I dealt with, could NOT have been nicer or more helpful. I was so thrilled to receive one of these fabulous products, when Shavel easily could have not responded to my inquiry so close to Christmas, and when the warranty was just a couple of days from expiring. We will definitely be buying more products from this company, and I would like to highly recommend it to others. Excellent customer service like this is very difficult to find anymore. Thank you, Shavel!

The blanket is high quality and is very warm even when not using the electrical controls. We used the blanket for a few nights and then the controls on one side failed. We emailed the company and they promptly shipped new replacement controls. We would definitely purchase from this Company again!

The micro flannel sheets are the absolute best. So soft and warm. I have a nerve condition that is aggravated by materials. This feels so good on my skin. I could stay in bed all day bc they are so comfortable. Must buy!!!

We developed an issue with our king electric blanket, only heating on one side. I described issue and they sent 2 replacement controllers, right away. However, these did not solve the issue and when I asked for the blanket to be replaced they did so without question. Shipped immediately. I could not ask for better customer support and would buy their product again, without question.

i needed new sheets for my new queen mattress...these shavel 400 thread count fit perfectly. they have generous pockets and that means..easy off and on for washing...speaking of washing...they wash beautifully and the colour (sky blue) stays true. they are smooth and soft to the touch...i am so happy with this great product.
