Assistant manager lady was rude and very unhelpful the associate was alot more helpful than the assistant manager. They should change roles. Because ones customer service is better than the others. Just because your an assistant you shouldn't treat customers like that.

Horrible customer service. This guy standing in the front of the store- doing nothing- no customers- we asked him to help us find shoes for my elderly mom and he literally didn’t want to go get them-he told us to go get them ourselves. He was around 35 or older.

My wife bought me the wrong size so I had to come in and make an exchange. A sales associate on the floor, can't remember his name, tall guy, he was very attentive and answered all my questions in a way that shows that he knows what he's talking about. And manager Ruby was very understanding and super nice. Top notch customer service. I strongly recommend this store.
