Brought in an escape for a transmission replacement covered by silver rocks carvana warranty. Took 3 weeks from drop off to pick up. Received frequent updates from Freddy. 10/10 experience.
My wife brought a sienna for a transmission replacement as well, also covered by silverrock and it took them 2 complete months to accomplish the same thing. 1 month of that was them not submitting diag stuff to SilverRock. My wife was calling them frequently and they were telling her they were on it, when they weren't.
Aside from this issue, their work is excellent, and their customer service is decent.

I would like to thank Freddy for fixing my 2021 Bronco Sport Big Bend a couple of weeks ago. Excellent customer service with the best mechanics in South Texas. I highly recommend to take your vehicle to get it repaired for they will be in excellent hands. I will definitely go back if I need to get one of my vehicles fixed and will also recommend all my family and friends.

These men had exactly what I had to have done for my truck…problems w/underneath that needed a new bar extender from back Right to Left back to be replaced between tires. Very courteous, polite and absolutely, went out of their way to fix our Dodge Ram bc we are not from here in TX. Actually the East Coast in NC.

Went in for a wreck dent in my car and was attended right away. They looked over my car and found other small dents and scratches that they said they’ll be able to tackle meanwhile working on the bigger problem.I dropped off my car and they took care of it in a timely manner. Upon receiving my car the dent and all minor details were gone and the car looked as good as new. they took the time to repaint and polish it which is greatly appreciated. i will be recommending this establishment to friends and family.

It took them one whole week to give me an estimate. Every time I called them they would tell me that they were doing the estimate that they were almost done that they would call me in ten minutes. They never called back. They had me like that for four days. At the end I just went and took out my truck.

Took my truck in for an engine misfire and I was attended right away. I was given a detailed step by step process of what was gonna be done to my truck and the problem was found in no time and fixed in no time as well. I will be bringing my vehicle here for any more problems because of the outstanding customer service and the fast attention to my trucks misfire and the fast fixing to the problem.
