Worst experience ever!! Got there for a simple lube. All bays empty. 6 workers 2 managers all sitting inside waited 40 minutes they all joking inside walking around no one working. Called them out two times. Like hey what’s going on whose servicing my truck and it’s like let me go get this guy and they all there chilling! The fat short manager needs to be fired along with a so called manny head manager sitting also inside on back!! Such a waste of personal all standing in office talking on phone texting on phones sitting with no care whatsoever about us drivers!! A simple 10 min lube turned into an hour 20 min delay!!!

I give them one star, because for everything, they take too long. To change a tire, minimum 3 hours. Oil change 3 to 5 hours.

Came to get a trailer tire repaired at 2pm. Was told that when a truck pulled out I was to back in when prompted. No one came out to tell me to back in and now it was 4pm. I went back inside and asked why I had not been told to back in. The man behind the desk said he would check what was going on. He later told me to back in and work would be started. At 5:30pm I was told that after the guys finished doing PM's that they would be over. I see guys walking all over on their phones and see very little work being performed. At 7pm I asked the man behind the counter why I had seen two other trucks back in the other end of the bay get tire repairs done. He said it was a maintenance issue they were working on and the tire guy would be with me soon. I missed a 6pm drop and that place is now closed. I will have to take my load back across town and drop it so another driver can deliver it tomorrow. It is now 7:30 and have not had anyone even look at our tire. Worst experience with lazy, inadequate workers and management. Wish I could just drive off but still need the tire fixed. This all happened April 15th from 2pm to 7:30 and still no idea when tire will be fixed.
