The employee that helped me that day Ms. M Rangel has amazing customer service skills, made me feel welcomed, explained the rules and was very courteous. The facility was very clean and I mostly loved how compared to the entire competition around Laredo their rental options are fair. Store it all self storage rents to YOUR needs, while the competition rents you to THIER needs by some of them making you pay for the month you move in plus one additional month in advance.

When in Laredo, this is the perfect storage place for you! This place is convenient, clean, safe, well- maintained and has excellent customer service. It’s near major hotels. Price is worth the storage space Thanks to Jaime who has been very helpful in accommodating our special needs.

This place is very professional and clean. The owner is very friendly and helpful. He is very attentive of the space and makes it a very safe choice for a storage lot/unit. Prices are affordable, especially for such a great place. Would love to come again If I needed a storage unit.(I would like to add that he helped find an ID I lost and kept it safe for me till I came back for my belongings.)
