Been at storage going on 2 years. Price increases are often... I say every 4-6 months-sole reason for 3 stars. I recommend for short term. Female staff at office is great though!

Kimberly is awesome. She helped us so much when deciding on unit size. Based on customer service alone, I highly recommend Store it All, ask for Kimberly, she friendly, professional and very helpful.Only downside, the prices keep going up. Had my storage unit for 2 years there, and prices have gone up about 4 times. Only reason I stay is because I don't want to have to move all my heavy furniture to another cheaper storage. ?

I’ve never had any problems with the storage, but my only concern is that by the end of the year, I’m hesitant in receiving any notices about the rent going up….AGAIN. Every year since I’ve been there, and I’ve been there for over 6 years, the rent has been going up. I don’t understand why. We’re not getting anything extra for our monthly payment. For the past 5 years I’ve had the same torn insulation on my belongings. I’m counting the days tillI get my “increase notice” in my email. AGAIN !!!!!

I would recommend anyone looking for a fast and easy process to rent a storage out to come here. Kimberly went above and beyond to help me figure out what size of unit i needed for all my belongings and it was a really decent price!

Really bad service bad management , for the past year they increase the rent twice which it’s not good specially in the pandemic, also be aware that if u gave a late payment they will lock ur storage for 20 days, I gave my payment the 5th and the kept my storage locked for 20 days I was calling them and going to the office and no respond and this was the third time this happened to me and the manager said she "didn’t know that this was happening”

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! HORRIBLE. They steal your hard earned money! Bad customer service. They claim to have units and you end up with something you didn’t ask for, get charged for it and then they don’t refund your money. They do not admit to their mistakes! NO USEN ESTA COMPAÑÍA! OJO TIENEN VARIAS LOCACIONES
