I go to this Stripes/711/Valero and have frequented this gas station for a year now. Two weeks ago I usually get Virginia Super Slim Menthol and two weeks ago the clerks that know what cigarettes I ask for said they’d tell Ana to order them. They holler to their manager in charge for two weeks and and I go their thinking she ordered them just to find out they’re not. I ask for their manager and lo and behold she’s there. I approach her and she tells me that her clerks that were so nice and apologetic that for the second week she didn’t order them. As I ask her she boldly lies to me! And says no one ever said that and gives me the Corporate phone number. I listened to clerks yelling to text her and tell her AGAIN that my cigarettes were not in the order. Ana Espinoza, Manager so called “Manager” she never apologizes or is sincere to make it right she acts like nothing. She doesn’t deserve to be in a customer service position. I’m in customer service for years. She needs a wake-up call. Everyone is replaceable and plenty of jobs out there. I WILL CALL CORPORATE best believe it.

She has red hair 👩🏻🦰 and she’s such a nice and beautiful young lady!!! She displays very well customer service and is so friendly. Please be kind to her and she deserves it.
