It 6:15 am 11 23 24. I been calling for the last 15 mins and nobody is answering the phone. I been calling to see if some food is ready to go pick up, but no answer. It's 6:35 am and still no answer. No wonder this place gets bad reviews.10/5 2026 5:45am
Here back again with the same old story after 10 months. I am calling to find out to see if they got menudo without having to drive all the way to find out it not ready and nobody is answering the phone. Why am not surprised

Been going my entire life. Last couple of years this place has really taken a turn for the worse. Horrble service in food area, cashiers texting while attending customers. Just a bad experience almost every time i go.

The service in the food area it’s really bad. Bad taste food and they charge $9,78 for a single meat taco and a bottle of 18oz tea.Te sauce area looks really awful and dirty. I think they don’t care about the service.

Worst service and its always the same person serving that is such a dirty person the tortillas are always burned, she touches everything even her mask with her bare fingers and then she doesn’t wash her hands nor wears gloves!!! Today I went in and she was cleaning spraying with a cleaner solvent and i asked for a taco and this lady just left the bottle and went straight to get the tortillas mind you no gloves and didn’t wash her hands, i just left she is careless putting the health of the public at risk!!!!

Ugly experience!!I had been to other establishment.like this store. But this one takes it whole cake. Outside where the advertisement of the price of the gasoline is being sold to the public. It show 2.92 gal. But on the pump its read 2.99 gal. So i ask the gas attendant. She said it was 2.99 gal.well.what do you think should have been done?Give the customer the price thats said 2.92gal.the protocol is as soon as you get the rising or the lowering of the gas price. It should have been done right there at that time.since everything in this world is modern technology. Not like the good old day. Outside changing with a stick and plastic cart of number. But i think they are all to busy gossiping among themselves about othet employees. Instead of taking of their one persons that is the most important to them. CUSTOMERS!!!We are the one that are paying for their payroll.Plus one thing. Treat the customers with a smile and a hello!!! Not with what do you want!!! I could go on and on. But i think you get the picture. Talk to your franchise people about them working.God bless America!!!

A las 6:45am pase por unos tacos todos frÃos y la atención de la taquera muy mala.In the morning I stopped by some tacos they gave me cold and the lousy attention of the taquera the supervisor did not do to give the good treatment.
