Rude associates. Always seem moody. Specially this one dude that works there. He shouldn’t work in customer service. This place was bomb when The previous manager was in charge but ever since the change in managers this place has gone down hill. I actually now go to a stripes further from my house because of this and this stripes is right in my neighborhood.

Costomer service is mediocre. The employee that serves food on Saturday mornings (female elderly employee) needs more costumer service training because when asked for a food item on the menu she first said that it was not on the menu and when it was pointed it out to her she prepared it with a poor attitude and was slamming doors shut and throwing food on to surfaces.

Update I have spoken to the manager several times an we have no change in the quality of service. There's still never any coffee in the morning an damn sure not any receipt paper at the pumps. A 1 star rating is to high.
