My car was fixed in 2 weeks with a great paint job. They gave me my car back cleaned and looking good as new! They took care of everything with the insurance so I didn’t have to worry about anything.

Horrible experience, the communication is really bad they keep you on hold for minutes and they never call you back with updates.They didn’t finished my vehicle on the due date, which some times is understandable, but they keep extending the due date with very few progress and giving million excuses and lies.During the repairs they damage other parts on the vehicle that originally had no damage which just made everything worse.Finally they call me that my vehicle was ready for pick up and as soon as I started driving the vehicle I found a bunch of issues.

So I wrecked my vehicle around the beginning of November and my insurance went ahead and serviced it with Laredo Chevrolet on Saunders, Body Shop. It’s been almost two months and u have yet to receive my vehicle. I’ve non stopped been try to reach them by phone, but of course, no one can pick up a simple phone call. And when they do, it’s either them still working on the paint for the body of my car or it’s the wheel itself that’s still missing a part to be delivered. Overall, their customer service is poor and if this is how long one usually waits under the repair of their insurance, then damn… either I have to switch my insurance provider or simply take it to faster more efficient body shop. (Oh, yeah my insurance is Progressive).

Did an excellent job, looks as good as new. Antualh Rios made the process and transaction smooth and easy. Just gave him the info he needed and he took care of everything. Turn around time was more than reasonable.

I recently took my 2019 Camry here after the hailstorm a few months ago. My vehicle stayed there 3-4 months, I would call on the day they projected it to be ready only to be told it wasn’t. This cost me almost a thousand dollars because I had to keep my rental to attend a school out of state. No one ever kept me updated, bothered to return a lot of the messages I left asking about the status. Then, to add injury to insult, the day I FINALLY was able to pick up my vehicle, the control switches on my drivers side door didn’t work. When I turned in this vehicle the interior was clean and taken care of, the liner of my car is now smudged with finger prints and dirt, the control switches for my windows doesn’t work, the handle above the drivers side door pulled out because it wasn’t installed correctly and when I got the car back it had a layer of dust even though I was told MULTIPLE times that it was waiting for detailing. The day I drive the lot, this very nice man said that they would order the switches and then call me to come back and they would just drop it in and I would be on my way. The day that happens is the day I take this review down.Update; After taking my vehicle to a certified dealership I was told that my roof was not repaired correctly and that pieces of my trim were put back on with double sided tape and they believe that my roof was only repaired and not replaced as it is all out of alignment. The service was excellent! I was in a wreck, and my car was towed to the shop. I was ver relieved I would be dealing with another Sames-owned company, as I ha bought my Hondas from them. I also know members of the Sames family, and I know them to be highly reputable and respected people.The young ladies I dealt with on the phone and at the shop were also extremely polite and pleasant.I obtained excellent service from Sames body shop. I had an unfortunate accident and my insurance told me to take my vehicle here. Considering I don't live there and can't just walk up to go ask what's going on with my vehicle it's stressful. I've been calling no one ever answers and i leave messages for nothing cause i never get a call back. I got one text message from Alberto on a Friday, I messaged back on Sunday then Monday and got no responses. The shop should be more communicative with the people, but it just shows they don't care about the customers. I'm beyond annoyed and currently trying to get my insurance to find another shop that will do their job and not only communicate with me but with my insurance as well.
