Repair chip was to fast less the 3 minutes guy smelled like marijuana. I actually hit a bump after the repair and that chip became bigger !

They came home to repair a small chip on my winshield and they spent 10 minutes doing so. I noticed that the repair was to fast and when I saw the winshield the chip was still there. The guy told me that even though I could see the chip it was sealed. 6 days later the small chip became a crack and now they do not answer my calls. Stay away from these people. I should've listened to others reviews with this same outcome.Service: Auto windshield repair

Having a great understanding of the business, Joe knew the importance of getting me scheduled in the day I contacted him to avoid having the chip on the windshield run and get bigger. I sent him a picture with brief description of the chip and he promptly sent me a quote within minutes and an ETA that he was punctual for. He has a business card system where if he does 4 repairs for you the 5th one is free. Very impressed and highly recommend them.

The chip that Joe “repaired” was not done properly, so weeks later, I got a big crack on my windshield. After notifying him, he said he would fix it. I literally waited an entire day, and he was a no-show—after he assured me that he would fix it. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and candor. Go elsewhere to get your windshield repaired—like Dr. Louis’s (they are punctual and professional, unlike this business.)
