Paid for their printing services to print shipping labels, asked for a shipping sleeve but was told they are only for customers and they don’t just give them away but didn’t offer to sell me one. I assumed paying for printing services categorized me as a customer. 🤷🏻♂️

Terrible customer service and attitude. I asked for a small piece of tape and the lady said for that, it’ll be $1.00. Ridiculous.

Very rude customer service.
I went in today to return an Amazon package. I had the label printed out and everything all packaged up, except for one small sliver of tape (attached is a photo of the amount of tape that was needed).
I was rudely told that I needed to pay $1.08 for UPS to package up to box (finish taping).
I left, did not pay for 4 inches of tape and went to my car. I proceeded to get on the Amazon app and changed the way I was returning my package, so that UPS now had to use a new box, print off another label and use more tape (I also didn't have to pay the $1.08 ).
Clearly this owner is more concerned about $1.08 that she is about the environment. I was using a box that I recycled. None the less, I unpackaged everything and threw the box, packing content, and label away so she could use new. All because she wanted to charge me $1.08.
I haven't even mentioned that she told the other worker that was going to help me out "good luck" when dealing with me (the other worker was very nice).
I would advise that people go to other UPS stores and avoid this one at all costs. The owner of this store does not care about the customers time or UPS's efficiency (just as long as she gets her $1.08).
*Blue duct tape was used for visual effect and was also wasted. Thanks UPS!

I had the pleasure of visiting the UPS store on E. Delmar in Laredo, TX, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of excellent. The standout feature of my visit was the exceptional assistance provided by Kate, one of the store's employees.Kate's professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond truly made my visit memorable. She assisted me with my shipping needs with a level of care and attention that is rare to find these days. Her friendly demeanor and expertise made the entire process smooth and efficient.In addition to Kate's remarkable assistance, the UPS store itself was well-equipped, organized, and conveniently located. The wide range of services offered, coupled with Kate's marvelous assistance, makes this UPS store a top choice for all my shipping needs in the future.I highly recommend this UPS store on E. Delmar in Laredo, TX, especially with the fantastic assistance provided by Kate. Five stars, without a doubt!

Update!Had a really bad experience when using their "printing" service today. I sent some documents this morning and didn't notice that the delivery time was preset for 3pm and my wife tried to get them in the morning, but the lady clerk told her it was not possible and that we should've checked that before submitting the order (she's right on this) so we would need to wait until 3pm to pick them up; so my wife asked her to cancel the order because we wouldn't need them by that time, for which the clerk mentioned that was not possible and I needed to do it in the app or online.I tried cancelling the order, but there was no option, so I went at 3pm to pickup my document and the same clerk mentioned they were not ready because she was told by my wife that I'd cancel the order, for which I replied that I couldn't do that and since I had already paid, I expected my documents to be ready. She just said they didn't have them and if I wanted them to print them, I'd need to send them via email and I said I didn't have them with me, so I'd like for her to cancel the order for me.She then proceeded to do something in the computer and then without saying anything else, she started moving around the store to another computer in the back (I assume she couldn't cancel it and just tried printing the original order) and after almost 20 minutes, she came back with part of my order, so I had to explain I was missing one more document, so she went back and finally gave me all my documents.Even though she was not rude, it's fair to say she was not nice at all and didn't try to offer a solution to my situation or let me know what was going on.I really hope the reason for her attitude is simply that she's having a bad day (I wish things get better soon for her) or something and not the usual way of treating customers, because this has been my worst experience at this store, that I visit very often and the employees usually receive you with a smile and nice attitude.
