“Night and day is the difference between this location and the other shop on McPherson. First of all I wanted to say thank you for helping my husband. He normally goes to the north shop because it's closer to our home but recently it's been getting worse. I know it wasn't your all fault that the tires and rims weren't there, but thank you for explaining the contract for him there because at the other location was just signe here and leave. And thank to the staff once the tires were finally dropped off they did the work in less then 30min. Fast and great service. Next time I want all my business at this location. I dont care if I have to drive across town. 100 percent ill recommend you to my family and clients.”

“Went to this location 07 /11 25. Absolutely the best service. Truck was aligned 07/10/25 after leaving the ft worth location and $600 later the now had a hard pull right and major vibration.
Call the Laredo location told them about it.
They said bring it in , we'll fix it and they did no problems no charge.
They rebalanced front steer and fixed the alignment. Truck ride as smooth as glass .
They were very professional and VERY VERY courteous to both me and my wife. Thank you guys for fixing my truck, the Laredo location will see me when I need any other tire service.

“I took in my truck to get aligned at Murillo’s Tire in Shiloh. Mr. Juan took over the alignment and made sure it was properly aligned. I didn’t even ask him for photos and he went above and beyond to send me the photos of my misalignment and when it was properly aligned to my personal cell phone. The price for a lifted truck was $120 USD and covers a 1 day warranty if it is crooked! Support local shops and you won’t be disappointed with these guys!”
“Update: owner responded they are getting the guides in the future. I already went somewhere else as I was driving to Dallas today and needed a tire repaired . I'll give them another chance next time I'm in need as they were always good in the past. Upgraded to 4 star.For over 2 years they have fixed at least 6 flats on my car and now they won't touch my car unless they have some plastic guide to tell them where to jack up the car. I come here because they aren't whiny like discount tire about everything but I guess they won't bother having the equipment they need on hand or acting like professionals and knowing where to jack up a car. And the manufacturer says it's a suggested guide not required. Even the companies service techs don't use it. Sad!”
“My tire had to be slashed because it was stuck like glue that it was not coming off of the rim how unusual they were freaking out as well but solved my problem the tire was $60 they charged me $6 extra to leave the old tire behind but I was happy to go shopping with a safe new tire needed.”
