“Looking for a tire shop after 7 is almost impossible. I had a blown tire and my spare was flat so I googled tire shops and they were the only one near by that was still open after 7! They couldn’t fix my spare unfortunately but that’s okay I got a new(used) tire for such a great price! Went in there quick and got out quick too. Very professional and transparent. “Update: owner responded they are getting the guides in the future. I already went somewhere else as I was driving to Dallas today and needed a tire repaired . I'll give them another chance next time I'm in need as they were always good in the past. Upgraded to 4 star.For over 2 years they have fixed at least 6 flats on my car and now they won't touch my car unless they have some plastic guide to tell them where to jack up the car. I come here because they aren't whiny like discount tire about everything but I guess they won't bother having the equipment they need on hand or acting like professionals and knowing where to jack up a car. And the manufacturer says it's a suggested guide not required. Even the companies service techs don't use it. Sad!”

For instance when I arrived i asked one of the guys whats the fee to fix a flat tire. The first guy gave me a fee and then another guy who actually fixed the tire charged me $3 less.”

“Great experience with Firestone yesterday! (Background : trying to get my car inspection done but currently many places are not doing it bc the TX system is down). So I called around and then called here and spoke to George who said they can do the Inspection, just that there's a small wait. So I took the chance and went to Firestone and they got my car Inspection in and out like in 30 min ( I know others are done in 5 or 10) but to me it was a great experience bc they were professional and did the job. IDC about waiting bc my bigger issue was Also needed to get my car registration & plates & the Tax office was 3 block away which saved me time of having to drive there”
