This was the second time I visit this carwash because its by the house and both times the machine took my money but didnt wash my vehicle. No employee anywhere to be found and nobody answers the posted phone number.

Worst car wash experience I went to pay 12$ for an automatic car wash and it didn’t do anything but stay still! I’ve been trying to get a hold of the company for my money back and no answer! Do not recommend this place at all!

I keep calling the number they have posted and no one answers its been two days they charged me 10 dollars for the wash and the machine stopped half way

I have better water pressure in my shower.
At least they keep the area decently clean other than that you'd do a better job with a garden hose.

Constantly eats my quarters/tokens and does not start so I have to put my card and it goes from $1 wash to $10. If that’s what I wanted to be charged I would’ve gone through the car wash drive in. Not happy not satisfied at all, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Very well priced and the service worker was there and was friendly and helpful. The place could use a little maintenance work but other than that it's great. We plan on coming again.

It’s actually a pretty cool place however one of the stalls not working, cash machine not working properly had to use credit card, which was fine however I’m from Houston so now I have 5 tokens left over until next time I go to Laredo. Also the water not sure if it recycled or what but had a white residue left over like hard water marks, never had that happen to me, if I would have had time to dry my car I’m sure white marks would not be there.

Terrible experience. The attendant that was out there painting said he worked there but he couldn't do anything about the car wash not working. I was charged $12 on my credit card. The car wash malfunctioned and never came on. I called the number, left a msg and a callback number and haven't heard from them. Save your money, this guy's a crook.

Horrible, inefficient , ineffective what waste of 10 $ honestly did more damage than anything. Seems out of date and needs to be either tore down or refigured, or owned maybe to keep updated

Horrible customer service! I purchased a ultimate car wash, paid $12 and the machine squirted out soap and stopped working! My truck had white soap spots all over! Never again will I go there and to top it off, their customer service sucks!! My calls to the customer service number posted on the wall were never returned.
