Super bad treatment from all the employees, they tell you one price for the phone and another in person and the mechanic another, lack of communication and education because they also stole the air filter from my 82 year old dad who has a bad heart and The mechanic told him not to come back, that obviously you will never come back because it was a horrible service. I would give him 0 Stars but you can't, and besides, I just spoke and the secretary hung up on me. Be careful with these ill-mannered rats.

Janet the Manager, was wonderful. She made the process when purchasing my vehicle so easy. She was very attentive and made sure my vehicle was ready to go when I arrived. The worst experience ever! I bought a car and it completely started falling apart within a week. My transmission is going out, its been 3 months. They stole my money basically! They ignored all of my calls and text. The worst people! Valentino is the manager and he is horrible! They recently changed locations due to how they treated people!!

This is where I purchased my car a few years ago. They do very good mechanical work and most of the time the car is ready the same day or within 2 to 3 days if they have an overload of cars.

Called and told them I was coming from San Antonio to Laredo to do wheel alignment and oil change and they said come on no problem. Wife drop the car off at 10:30am go back after 1 n they say they all was done was oil change and give a excuse. Wasted my time cause now I’m in San Antonio with no ride home cause they held the car forever and didn’t do the main thing we asked them to do.Service: Oil change
