About Toxic Fitness

Toxic Fitness is a CrossFit style gym we offer 8 classes daily from Monday through Thursday and 5 classes on Friday. All our classes are lead and guided by instructors that guide new and seasoned athletes through the WOD’s. We offer drop in rates as well as weekly and monthly rates without a contract.

    Absolutely best crossfit community in Laredo! I've been attending since 2020 and it has completed changed my life. This is my Happy place! Definitely recommend anyone to try it.
