The worst customer service there is. I bought a Porter Cable drill in Oct. 2024, and they offered me two years of insurance, but the batteries didn't work. I went to the store here in Laredo, Texas, and after two hours, I was finally able to speak with the store manager. To my surprise, he was the most despotic and racist person because, seeing my appearance, he treated me differently than everyone else. Frustrated at not being able to change the batteries. P.S. They only sell you insurance, but they sell it to you with deception.

Somewhat disappointed, I buy the food for my roosters and cookies and the truth is that the bag comes with very little, almost pure dust, where the empty one fills up to half and when I buy it elsewhere the entire jar fills up and I still have some left. in the sack

That store has everything you need for our ranch we usually buy four or more 50+ lbs bags of feed for cows and workers see you there but they don’t offer help to carry them to our truck. And I reallyI need that help ONLY when my husband can’t go, This time, though I have to say these two ladies named LAURA and MAGDA, Offered to help me when they saw me that I was waiting for someone to help me out. Thanks so much, ladies. I really appreciate your assistance.

Worst curbside in Laredo. You always have to call and even then they'll still take forever. I only shop here because it's closer to where I live vs. the other pet food stores.

We love shopping at our Laredo tractor supply but when it comes to the supervisor Ivonne she is the rudest employee, we asked for vaccination cards and she literally said “did you get them from there? If you don’t see anymore then that’s it! I understand sometimes there’s limited amounts of things but her ways we’re just wrong.
