Park on the street , Opens at 8:30Am , and they will give you a beeper , wait when its beep, then go to security, then warehouse door 1 , they will assign the door , once parked they started offloading , Check in at 8:30am leave around 9:45 am

You need your PB # to check in and gates don't open tell 9 a.m. appt only don't be late or you will end up waiting.

This place is a circus and there are always about 10-15 trucks waiting to get inside. You need to park on the street and walk up to the guard shack and they will either say go in now or give you a buzzer for when they are ready. That being said, I’ve delivered here about 10 times (straight truck expedite) and I’m usually out in 90 minutes. The longest was 3 hours on a busy day, so they are not fast but an acceptable under 2 hour average. Mostly Every logistics place in Laredo is a time consuming process and this place is no different.

Been here since 6am. They don't know how to unload tractor tires with a forklift so they hire "laborers" to do without even scheduling them and then they make you wait 5hrs while the "laborers" unload the trailer. What a mess. Never coming down here again. Unprofessional, uncoordinated, unwilling to compromise or assist. Stay away from this place.

They're is always a line, they give you beepers and page you when it's your turn. Make sure you park in the street and then at 0830 am check-in to get your beeper. Do not park in the driveway or pull in until they page you. Because they will make you back out.
