No one was there during business hours. The return process was very painful. The QR code did not work to return the vehicle remotely. The business didn’t have a voicemail option. I had to call corporate for help and was transferred 3 times. That process was very painful and not very customer friendly either until I spoke to a guy named Marco. Also, the movers stood me up on Sunday that were ordered through Uhaul. I had to scramble last minute to get help from a third party. I did not get a refund on the day that I did not use even though corporate told me they would try to get that for me for my troubles.

I reserved the truck back in April since I was doing a big move in May.
I received a call on Thursday, the 25th of May, to pick up the truck a day earlier since they would be closed that Friday.
I get there and find out the truck is not there, and that they had no other trucks in all of Laredo.
They did not verify the truck was going to be there when they had called me to get it that day. So they wasted my time, and I was left scrambling to find a truck. Fortunately Penske had something available.
So if you are reserving a Uhaul in Laredo, have a backup plan!

Awful experience and awful service. On 9/15/21, we made our 24 hour reservation for a 6x12 trailer to be picked up on 9/20. We showed up on 9/20 at the pickup time we reserved, and were told that no one was available to hook the trailer up to our vehicle. The woman behind the counter claimed that staff was tending to a vehicle trailer emergency situation in Cotulla. She did make one call to one other Uhaul location, in an attempt to secure us a trailer, so thanks for that I guess. At no point prior to our reserved time were we contacted about the lack of available trailer hookup staff. Obviously, the woman behind the counter was aware of the lack of pickup staff prior to our arrival. She could have, and should have, called us as a courtesy. Rather than that, though, we were left in the dark, and were forced to waste our time visiting the location for a trailer that we weren't able to pickup. If you're looking for Uhaul services in Laredo, do yourself a favor and choose another location.

From here they reserved a trailer for me, when I heard about it to another location that here they told me that they would have it available for me when I arrived on the US HWY the trailer (did not work) they only waste your time,... Both. Personnel not qualified or suitable for their positions! Be more responsible and serious in your work!

Excellent service, they give you all the information you need to make your move easier. They have the products for your move, boxes, tapes, etc. and the vehicles in excellent condition to have the best comfort. I really liked the service and attention. I recommend it.
