They make us wait 4hrs and i went to ask how long do i need to wait and guy working there is rude and disrespectful, guy slammed the window for no reason when i asked.

Everything is very good except for the guard at the entrance, a disastrous person and it seems that he is fighting with life, if he doesn't like his job, he should look for something more arrogant person with a bad attitude......?
