About UIS International Services
UIS International Services receives mixed feedback from its customers. Overall, many find the service efficient, with quick unloading times and friendly shipping staff. However, the experience can be affected by the crowded environment and some issues with communication, especially during busy periods. One recurring concern is the attitude of the guard at the entrance, which has been described as problematic and unfriendly. Customers recommend planning ahead by parking on nearby streets like Grand Central or Santa Fe to avoid traffic issues, as the facility has limited access points. Additionally, visitors should be prepared for specific procedures, such as stopping at the guard shack for instructions and ensuring their trailer is accessible for inspection. Despite some challenges, many appreciate the efficiency of the operations at UIS International Services.
