They hide fees and charge them at the last minute. Bad customer service. They're website isn't up to date.

What a disappointment and letdown by this company. I live in the UK and ordered online Christmas floral gift for friends in Laredo, TX. The order went through and I received and email confirmation, all details correct including requested deliver date. After three days, I emailed my friends and asked if the flower arrangement had arrived. The response was No ! I was obviously annoyed and wanted to email Unique Creations but they have no email address listed. I had trouble getting through on the phone and naturally could not visit the store in Laredo as I lived 5,000 miles away!! End result was that my friend in Laredo had to track down what had happened to his gift and told me that the order had been cancelled because my UK postcode was not accepted, it only recognised US zip codes. I really question this company's business practices as the correct, polite and decent action should have been to contact me about the cancellation. Instead it was ignored, despite them having my email address. Such a time-waster for me and my friend. Talk about a gift that was never received thanks to Unique Creations. In my humble opinion the only thing this company creates is disappointment and I question the uniqueness!

Paid 180 dollars for 24 roses and received 18 roses instead. Either someone can’t do the math or the shop owner/employees think their customers are ignorant and won’t check their work. Don’t conduct business at this flower shop. You’ll pay more for less.

Ordered some flowers to be delivered today on valentines. I paid $110 dollars for something that was not what was advertised on the picture. Instead my wife received different colored roses with a lot of greenery could have been trimmed more and put together with what is actually advertise below are the pictures what was on the website versus what she actually got.

I wanted to send a floral arrangement to the memorial services for my daughter’s Mother-in-law. I ordered the flower arrangement in advance and asked that they be delivered the day before so that they would be there in advance of the services. Thy were not delivered until after service was over. Please do not use this florist because they. Do.Not.Deliver.On.Time.

I can see why someone gave them one star. My sisters sent me flowers for my birthday on Sunday, paid for delivery. They tried to deliver once on Saturday and left a note to tell me to pick them up but they are closed Sundays so I couldn't go until Monday. They could have at least mentioned they wouldn't deliver on Sunday. My sisters paid for delivery for nothing.
