Very professional, They actually know how to answer a phone, unlike the other U.P.S. Locations here in Laredo Texas!! They don't try to get over on you, like the other U.PS. Locations here in Laredo Texas.

Not sure how they can even call themselves a company when they do not answer the phones... at all.. and their voicemail is full so the only way to reach them is going to the store in person.Not sure who manages this store, but I sure hope they can fix this issue.

Had my mom go down to the ups store. A man there with sunglasses told my mom she should speak English because we are in America and proceeded to be racist toward her! This is unacceptable and I’ll be contacting corporate office!

1 star! Because I cannot put 0. The man with sun-glasses has horrible customer service experience. If you don’t like your job, just quit. You seriously make people I know go to other locations because of you. Smile at least.

Terrible customer service. Rude. Bad attitudes. I hardly ever write reviews, but because I witnessed with two other customer, as well, here I am writing it. This is my second encounter at this location that they have been downright rude and impatient. I gave it another shot and regretfully so. Take your business elsewhere.

I’m a small business owner & I ship out a lot of packages to my clients and every single time I go they have the worst attitude the worst customer service they all act like they are paying out of their pockets to ship your stuff out! ZERO STARS IF I COULD. HORRIBLE SERVICE EVERY SINGLE TIME

The worst attitude ever. I send out items almost everyday and their attitude is disgusting. I came 30 MINUTES before it was closed and no... THEY DIDN'T LET ME DROP OFF MY STUFF. It isn't the first time that I have come in 30 or 40 min before they close but they decide to close the store early. Why do they have their hours online and on store if they decide by themselves to close 30 minutes before? There is a lady that works there and she is the sweetest ever tho. But yeah be aware of their disgusting attitude.

According to Fabian, one of the employees, it was a HUGE INCONVENIENCE because I had too many boxes to drop off. He said there is a limit of 10 boxes per person. UPS isn’t shipping these boxes for free, but he still felt “inconvenienced”. No worries, next time I’ll take a plus one. ??♀️

Online it says that the store closes at 7pm. When I got there at 6:04 pm the employees refused to let me in and insisted that the store closes at 6pm. They were rude and didn't want to even look at me. Horrible place.
