The character of the lady who serves is terrible, she makes more gestures at you and rolls her eyes at you as if everything doesn't feel right to her. It's not pleasant at all to wait 2 hours in line and 2 hours on the ramp to load the staff on Wednesdays.

Terrible place, the shipping lady is not at all polite, they do not notify you when they finish downloading, there is no space to download without, it is honestly not a pleasant place

Nice people! But, you best to park on street to check in, BEFORE pulling in. This place WAY to Tight!!!! Prob the worst in Laredo. Check in, and check it out first with your eyes. I would say that cuz if you pull in first, without the right dock, it will take you a miracle to turnaround. If you get docks 1 thru 4, then you can back in from the street. Any other docks you get assigned, then you better not back in between two tractors at dock - trust me... you'll never make it with a sleeper. I saw three local day cab peddlers pass blind siding their local deliveries 3 times in a row. It's not cool. Just stay on street and visualize it first. Maybe you get lucky and back off street. I saw one rookie, pull on in, and was stuck 40 min. trying to turn around. They finally made him an empty dock, he was exhausted. Trust me, park on street, then check in. (That photo - my long sleeper is past that concrete line, as you can see the bottom corner of my mirror. The driver here spent 8 minutes trying to drop and hook, he barely made it.) Quick hint, always have your tandems back to quick pivot to avoid all obstacles!!!!!!!!!

This place is too small for trucks and also the security guard allows too many trucks to enter at the same time. For me, it is the most uncomfortable place in the area.

The worst to download. More than three hours to download a few pallets. There is no communication between them. The guard fills out the ballot incorrectly, on the receipt they do not write down the door where you are located. In the end they just roll into a ball. Already downloaded, they take forever to deliver your stationery.

They are quick and efficient.The only problem is the yard is very tight, so as the entrance. If a truck is coming in, no one can get out and other way around.
