PLEASE be mindful of the money people spend on online orders or the importance of things coming in, in general. My husband went to check our mail (mind you, will live in an apartment so the mailboxes are all together) and our packages were inside an OPEN parcel locker… not even closed, locked.. nothing… for anyone to just take! And people here WILL do that. That was today, just now, so I will be calling Monday so that they can tell whoever did that to get it together!!!! Because that is NOT okay.

Drivers don’t even come attempt to deliver mail. For the third time I’m going to have to go in person to pick up a package when I arranged my day to be home in time for the delivery as it needed a signature. Horrible horrible awful service with awful wait times in person
Update:
I called and placed a complaint online, as well as schedule to pick up my package the following day Saturday 6/28 at the USPS office. So now i’m having to use the morning of my weekend to look for my package that USPS claimed they weren’t able to deliver despite being home. I’m there for an hour just to find out another carrier took my package out for delivery, which didn’t show on the tracking meaning they didn’t even scan it. The solution the front desk lady gave me was to call the carrier and try to intercept the package. So now I have to go look for my package that’s somewhere out in the city? Had to escalate to supervisor who took down my info and said they’d get in contact with today’s carrier to get my package delivered to my house. So now I’m being held hostage in my house waiting for my package so I can sign for it instead of enjoying my weekend plans.

Mothers Day ruined by mailman - FedEx delivered the gift my daughter ordered and the mailman took it out of the mailbox and instead of reading the label and leaving it by my porch he took it- I went to the local post office and a manager addressed my concern and reviewed the ring door bell recording. She contacted the delivery guy and he told her after he finished his route he’d deliver my package- almost 6pm and nothing! Very upsetting this had never happened before- I expect my package be returned on Monday - thanks for ruining the holiday USPS - do better!!

I been calling for an hour straight and I can't get anybody on the line. I order so.wthing though Amazon and I wrote the correct zip code on tha Amazon but USPS label the wrong zip code on my package and now I can't get anybody on the phone to help me.

Unbelievably poor service. I have been trying to get a redelivery of a package for 10 days. 3 times I have been promised redelivery by USPS and still they fail to deliver. Impossible to get through to this office on the phone as well.

If the people here could stop scanning a package as delivered when it actually hasn't, that would be nice! Example: If I order from Amazon, I get an alert on my phone that says 'Delivered', but when I go & check my PO Box, it isn't there yet & I've just made a trip there in vain! Stop playing with my time. Also, it would be nice if people didn't have to walk by homeless folks sleeping outside & vendors selling snacks who don't even have permits to sell, which happens from time to time. This isn't Mexico (though we're close), where random strangers peddling their candy or whatever hassle you for your money & homeless drunks sleep anywhere. It's a bad look, clean up your act.

This is the sorriest post office I've ever encountered in my 69 years on this planet!!! Like most businesses down here in this primitive border town, they don't answer their phones!! Been trying to get ahold of them for 2 days now without any luck!! Our mail boxes at the apartment complex Hilltop at Dorel, we're vandalized, and we're taken away, So my Question for this primitive post office, is how in the hell are we supposed to get our mail now???
