Hand towels in the men's bathroom had blood on it which is an active biohazard. Staff members did not seem to care.
Bathrooms were closed for over 2 hours and there didn't seem to be any indication that they would be open anytime soon

I can’t give zero! A person, I can’t say a lady by the name of Cyndi wouldn’t allow me to go to the restroom when a froont person said it was ok. As soon as I was done she came and confronted me telling me that I can’t go unless she approves. I told her that I was having an emergency and I needed to go, she still came up to me after the fact and was extremely rude. I really hope someone can reach out to me cause this is not the first time. This location sucks because employees like her
