Loved my experience here, very clean place and was helped by the sweetest staff. One in particular, his name is Alfie & he’s amazing, informed us on all the deals we were eligible for and even though they didn’t have the phone we wanted there he made sure to help us get it delivered straight to us on our trip. It's a shame this is the only "authorized" Verizon dealer in town. But all in all, the staff is attentive and makes sure the customer experience and handling of account issues is handled precisely and comes to a resolution. Better service then the other phone carriers I've had.

I got helped today by the super manager with excellent customer service in a lot of different issues that other retailers could not fix. Overall friendly and helpful staff in any issue you might encounter. Make sure to ask for the super manager.

I went to this store after they sold to me a Bluetooth that was missing one ear pieceVery unusual. They recommend a new Bluetooth with with noise cancelling but turned out it wasn’t. I was told to wait for the manager and had to wait the manager for 2 hours, she was busy talking nonesense she was even polishing her shoes at one point and I have videos of her doing nothing . She eventually came after two hours of waiting and told me she can’t help without listening to my complaint. I left the new Bluetooth that I paid $200 plus at her desk and told her thanks but her respond was thanks . Plz don’t go ti this store. It’s horrible

This location has been my best experience with a Verizon retail branch yet, which is both saying a lot of these folk and little about other VZ branches elsewhere in TX.I came in with a faulty S8 (I buy to retain for a long time, 36 months rotation... more like 60+) intent on a replacement. Prior, I went online to find my options. Of course, that won't be quite the reality at a physical location.Still, they had the Flip4 model I was looking to get into, something released 2 months ago, so very current. I was still able to get a trade in value in the form of a package deal. The turn in kit for the old phone was easy with a nearby drop UPS identified.I smoothly transitioned from 4G to 5G on my plan. Was able to easily recover my own data onsite myself as too much assistance = charge, but I get it.Great branch.
