My back glass on my sunroof broke from a rock. Many window places can’t fix this. I went here and they were able to order the glass and it got delivered the next day. I took my car in for installation and I left with my car that same day. They have reasonable prices and the service was quick.

Saturday I paid a front bumper for a vehicle they said they had, but when I arrived they told me to wait to check where the part is, after 45min of waiting , they told me that the parts they had were damaged and that they cannot give those to me, but that they will order a new one and should be here by Monday. So I called on Monday like 3 times and each time they said call back in an hour, so I went the following day on Tuesday to pick what I had already paid for I had missed placed the receipt and they said I need to go find it, that they cannot give me the part that I already paid for, so I ask if they have record of the order and they said they will not help me until I try to find the receipt and the lady walked away. I was stunned there a lot other places to order parts I don’t recommend this place , they were, rude unprofessional and no customer service whatsoever. If you do go to this place don’t loose your receipt or they will take your money for free.

Called about getting my window back in the railing and the person who answered my call just after I told him I had just bought the railing for the window at another place, completely just told me go look for another place so they can fix that for you.

Terrible service. They did not deliver the correct parts, they were ordered again and they never arrived. A refund was requested and they did not return the full money. I don't recommend it at all. AWFUL

Terrible customer service, about a month ago I called to ask about some light bulbs and the response I got from the worker was extremely rude, they should choose their employees better.

I called on Monday, April 18 to ask if they had a fan for a Chevy, they told me yes, when I arrived they told me that they had to order it and it would arrive on the 20th, I went on the 20th and that it had not arrived yet and that it would arrive on Saturday the 23rd, I checked today to ask if my part had arrived and they told me yes, when I arrived to pick it up they told me it had not arrived yet. I have been 3 times and they have not been able to resolve me with an exact date, I just go and waste my time and gas.
I would like them to have better customer service, and a better process method.

From all the negative reviews and the "all sales are finale" policy, it seems to me that this place is a Ying yang operation that should be reported to the better business officials. I certainly won't be doing business with them.
