I recently went to get some photos from my phone to be printed. I was having a hard time figuring out the system . Carlos the technician was very helpful in guiding me through the process. Photos were ready quick really appreciate the customer service.

I went to walgreens for the first time in a while and the employee that is named Angel did such an amazing job helping me, he was super nice and enthusiastic while helping me, he made me feel welcomed and actually put in effort in trying to find the items for me. the other worker named juan looked lost and confused but he also tried his best, he was also super nice and made me feel welcomed, overall an amazing experience

They consistently run out of medications. Last time it took over 7 days . If you call they are rude if they even answer. The worst experience in a Walgreens . I have always used Walgreens in different cities throughout the country with no problem. One of the times they gave me half the medication supply and did not notify me. I noticed when I was running out in 13 days . It was supposed to be a 30 day supply and they only gave me 15 days . I called and after a very long wait they said they would have to look at the security cameras . Never called me back and if I called you never get through.
Medications are very important for patients who need to take them daily ti maintain their health . I’ve since moved my prescription.
My sisters with thyroid disease and other medical conditions have experienced the same problem . Staff is rude and short . it’s a very serious management problem and zero customer care . If a patient does not receive heart / blood pressure medication etc and causes a severe medical emergency it’s going to impact Walgreens . Their corporate office should look into it before they cause a major issue with a patient’s health .

On 1/5/25, my brother called from his vehicle (Bluetooth mode) to inquire about a medication he had pending to be picked up. At approximately 4pm he spoke to an employee named Kevin who was extremely rude, unhelpful, impatient and very sarcastic. As a Healthcare Professional myself and a former Pharmacy Technician this upset me very much. Any Healthcare Professional with common sense and a decent heart knows NEVER to treat a customer the way Kevin did. I advised my brother to call to HEB to transfer out his medication ASAP! I quickly looked up on Walgreens website to save customer service number and report a store inquiry as well as contact Corporate Office on Monday about this unprofessional, horrible experience.

HORRIBLE customer service from the pharmacist KEVIN QUANG TRAN. I was asking clarification from why I did not qualify for a vaccine when the doctor, CDC, and Walgreens website information stated otherwise. This individual was rude, no manners, and raised the tone to me. They should not be in this line of work with a bad attitude. I recommend finding another job.

I had to go pick up a prescription last min. and the kind lady with short brown hair was able to fill it for me before they closed even when they were busy. Very pleased with her kind service, wish I had gotten her name.

Called to check product availability and the staff kept me on hold for 16 minutes. So disappointed. Glad it wasn’t an emergency!!!

Always unfortunately terrible service from the pharmacy staff. I always get emails that my prescription is ready and the tech tells me “we don’t have that in stock”. Always with an attitude and offers zero help. I’m moving all my prescriptions elsewhere just so I don’t have to interact with this team anymore.

Bad attention from the cashier day 18 in 24 on night shift
They did not want to make a change of products.
They sell us everything but they do not accept to make changes. Very poorly structured policies not adapted to the general public and promotions only for people who registered, I was already registered and even then the promotions were not valid for me
