Hello, good afternoon, what bad service you have here in this Walgreens store. I waited for 20 minutes to take some photos but the worker walked around and around and said to wait a second and we did that for more than 20 minutes. Then I asked her if she could please take the photos and she said she was helping someone else but I saw that the lady was walking around and around and she was just walking and when I told her that she could take the photos, she took out a device and said she was very busy.

Pretty bad customer service, waited so long to take passport pictures. Employees don't give a crap. We had to leave and go to another walgreens. Go to the Saunders walgreens instead.

Had appointments for a vaccine. They took their sweet time to get a vaccine people behind the desk just laughing and having a good time. They were no customers in line. Worst service I have ever seen.

No sense in having a picture print service policy of 30 mins or less when a customer arrives 45 minutes prior to closing and you refuse service because you are “already working on the last batch.” I had to drive all the way to the Del Mar location and they had them ready in 10 minutes. That’s right 10 minutes what you couldn’t do in 45! Shame on you, your customer service is ridiculous. If you are not happy working there, nobody is forcing you to work there.

Very good service, friendly and they speak Spanish. I found very good prices compared to the prices of Downtown pharmacies. In fact I found the same medicine 40% cheaper than in a pharmacy near the bus station.

I went to get the covid booster vaccine, their treatment is very friendly, the wait was a little long but I was very satisfied

I needed some 5 X 7 photographs printed for last minute Christmas presents. I was able to go online to the Walgreens App and order same day service at the Walgreens. The process was easy and there even was a 40% off coupon online. I went to this Walgreens and picked up my photos. The price and service was excellent. I will definitely return in the future to this Laredo Walgreens.

They never answer, they just put you on hold forever and after a while they just hang up on you. Medicines are never ready even if the doctor shows you how they send it more than once. They keep you going back saying it's ready until tomorrow and then nothing. Worst customer service and horrible staff. Would never go here again for my medicine.

Came this morning to pick up medications for my son from Zapata, Tx. Pharmacy was close until 09:00Returned exactly 1:30 and lady kinda of raised voice that it was closed it would opened until 2:00I’m just picking up medication coming in from Zapata and they would not take 1 more minute to give me medication!Nobody else was there!
