Bad attention from the cashier day 18 in 24 on night shiftThey did not want to make a change of products.They sell us everything but they do not accept to make changes. The pharmacy is very understaffed. Don't bother making an appointment because it'll take over an hour just for a vaccine.

There's a recall on Similac baby formula. I went in to this store looking for Similac Pro-Sensitive for my son. They had one container and it was part of the recall. I told an employee and then the manager, and the manager actually pushed back on what I was telling him despite showing him the criteria from the FDA. All the Similac on their shelves was part of the recall! He told me if he could ring up the formula it was okay because the system is sophisticated. SMDH. To the manager: a baby died, the least you can do is pull the product while you figure out what's going on!

Waited in line an hour to pick up medicine for my wife, only to find that at the window they’re not accepting card. A sign posted could have save myself and the pharmacy a lot of time.

I just had the worst experience ever, I wanted to take the COVID 19 Vaccine and they asked me for insurance and the are charging for that, or you need to have a insurance and the vaccine is FREE because the government is giving it to us with no requirement of insurance at all, this is outrageous in the middle of a pandemic and this big pharmacies are doing this, I just called CVS and they are giving it without insurance, guys this is a PANDEMIC for God sakes!!! And by the way, I already talked to CDC and reported

The pharmacy seems to be disorganized. It took almost an hour to receive a flu shot. Even though I had made an online appointment, the pharmacist was unapologetic for the long wait. Her response was "deal with it". They didn't even have the patient forms printed, so I had to wait 15 minutes for the copies to come out. I recommend going somewhere else for vaccinations.
