She went over and above in sending additional pictures, helping me find an extra link for the watch and some other items I needed, and even having a colleague with a wrist size like mine try it on and send pics so I could see the fit. The watch itself is basically flawless, exactly as pictured, and was not only available for a great price but priced better and IMHO more fairly than most of the watch brokers out there.
