Thier drive thru is awful. You wait in line for more than half an hour. No customer service, they don’t even answer their phones!!!Won’t come here ever again! I’m happy I don’t have an acct in this freaking bank!!They don’t have any sense of urgency when it comes to thier customers!!!!!

This review reflects my interactions with the customer service reps I've interacted with. Very rude and extremely incompetent. Some of my interactions have ended in screaming matches from these clowns.But every time I've been in this local branch, the bankers and tellers are always very knowledgeable and prompt to fix any issues I've had.

I just had a terrible experience with the lady at the drive thru. She was in a really bad mood and giving me her bad attitude. Don't ever come to this location they have the worst service.

The staff is always nice. Because of the location it's normally packed. Recommend walking in over drive thru. Because everyone goes to the drive thru.

I just had a terrible experience at this location on San Dario in Laredo TX. After waiting in line for almost 2 hours to speak to a banker, I was skipped by the banker by a new walk in after I told him I was supposed to be next This was after I overheard what appeared to be his supervisor say I was next. The customer was only there for about 5 minutes, so it was no big deal. Afterwards, he checked and confirmed I was next, but that he said needed to take care of another customer who had just walked in first. Terrible customer service. This is what happens when you let your employees do whatever they want

Terrible service do not come here!!! It seems like they do not want to provide any type of service at all unless you have previously scheduled an appt online. My parents were trying to open an account with them since this is the bank closest to their home and they did not even try to help or offer to schedule an appt for them. Not everyone is tech savvy. I really hope this bank can get training on how to provide better customer service and how to be more inclusive. I had already warned them about all the previous negative reviews here.

LONG WAIT TIMES!!!! Usually waste more than an hour, whether be it morning or afternoon, whether there's one car or four cars cars waiting . I know they get paid by the hour but come on.....my belief is customer service.... should always be fast and friendly. Can't say you get that from this bank.
