Extremely disappointed with the Loop 20/Del Mar location. I just bought a $17 dollar vape. It was defective immediately out of the wrapper. Their team would not let me exchange it or have a refund, with my receipt in hand. Literally purchased seconds earlier. It’s very sad to know that a store I’ve been buying from for years has such poor management and purchase policies. Considering during COVID their excuse was for me to vape inside their store. I plan to take my business elsewhere. I’ll make sure to tell my friends and family not to shop there.

Hate the new store. It looks very messy. Used to love the 7eleven at that location. They had great gas prices, but now they changed everything. Won't be using that location. I'll have to go to Valero now.
