Hours: Racks & Bass Ranch is a premier hunting and fishing destination in East Texas. Racks & Bass Ranch is located in LaRue, Texas just 15 minutes South of Athens, Texas and is a short 100-minute drive from Dallas, Texas. We have a 30-acre lake stocked with Bass and Crappie and a high fenced hunting ranch with trophy Whitetails that are amazing. While Racks & Bass will please the experienced trophy hunter, we also really enjoy catering and specialize with parent/child hunts. The ranch started with a vision to enjoy more time with family and friends and we are keeping that passion alive by offering hunts catered to children and their parents. Each year we are pleased to offer a limited number of trophy Whitetail Buck packages.
