Tired of having to jump through hoops to get a prescription that I need to take daily.Tried to explain to the nurse that my prescription should not be used as a way to track labs but rather my PCM should call me when I am due. This is how it is done at other bases.Tried to call patient advocacy and they don't answer the phone.

I have had nothing but issues since I’ve been here (2018). Pack of communication, been left waiting in the room several times because they forget to tell the dr, providers are always on leave or TDY or deployed, no one knows who spoke to who or where anything is, and everything takes weeks when every other place takes a day or two. I’m tired of being asked “who you spoke to” because no one knows what’s happening due to lack of communication.

Can’t get an apt to see pcm for physical therapy for a month and a half. Tricare prime requires it urgent care won’t give me a recommendation none of the physical therapy places will see me without it even if i want to pay out of pocket

I went in yesterday with a fever and flu like symptoms, not only did i wait fo 45 min but they also did the flu test and told me that they wouldn't have the results back until the following week. 2 things. I hope im not this sick for that long and i thought that the test was quick and the results come back in 15 min. I have a job that i have people relying on me to be there. I already missed 2 days. I cant miss any more. Next time Ill go to urgent care...
