The Indian guy that works overnight should be fired he's very rude to the customers I'll take my business to Qt before I ever come there again. He's always rude imagine gold pass member but I'm canceling my membership and I will reach out to Corporate tomorrow. I was trying to pay for my items and he said hurry up I said you can help the customer behind me he said no you hurry up

On September 12, 2025, I purchased Beef Mini Tacos and a 20oz Dr Pepper from this location (991 State Hwy 78, Lavon, TX) at around 1:52 PM. After taking a bite, I bit into something hard and broke a tooth.
This has caused me pain, medical bills, and a major inconvenience.
Food safety and accountability should be a top priority. Very disappointing and unacceptable experience.

Extremely disgusting bathrooms and there are bugs on the store. There was pubic hair all over the sink.

Mens Bathroom are disgusting smell like pee there is pee everywhere on the back of the seats and the walls. There is no toilet paper or paper towels or soap. If they are okay with they're restrooms, being that way and going in there and using them, I wouldn't want to eat the food that they prepare.

The night shift Indian guy was very rude wouldn’t help me use my app then when I told him never mind on my gas I’ll go across the street to race trace and litterly threw my money at me if it had of been change it would have hit me and been considered assault this company has been one my favorite gas stations but I will never go to this location again and will be contacting there corporate office over the incident tonight because as I said If I would have had coins instead of paper money he would have hit me with them and I would be calling the police to file charges. Luckily I did not have even a penny. Not to mention he stuck his tongue out at me. I am a very unhappy member of the 711 gold pass member I love the free drinks I get with it but this is not exceptable I will be ending my membership because of this situation. If the owner wants to know more plz leave me your store number and I will contact your corporate office other wise I am still contacting first thing in the morning and will find out my self

So dirty and a rude Indian guy at night shift was so rude and just told me no when I ask to get cash on the gas pump and throw my money at me. Never go there. Rude staff and dirty place. They need to retrain him.
