The store is very dirty and the clerk is standing behind the counter watching the game on his phone, doesn't even look up to acknowledge that someone has entered the store. I have stopped at this 7-Eleven once a week for the past month. My daughter is four I take her to the restroom. This is the fourth time in a row I have stopped and there has been no soap in the bathroom. The bathroom is disgusting and it does not seem to be getting any better. There's certain things about it that are obviously not being cleaned. I tried to say to the clerk hey you know I've noticed that there's never soap in the bathroom here. Instead of saying I'm sorry let me get you some soap or anything useful he says then stop coming here. Which I will today. If someone from corporate would like to reach out to me I have a picture of this clerk.

There are two clerks here that are so rude that it really makes me want to keep driving til I get to a different 7 eleven, but that would cause me to drive past my house.. still.. at times it's definitely worth it.The male clerk who works graveyard shift treats me as if he genuinely hates me. He doesn't even know me, yet the hate is definitely there. Same for the day time male clerk. NOT the owner,or manager, but the one who was born here in America.. so hateful.. to everyone... People in line in front of me and behind me. And he ALWAYS tries to prevent me from entering my phone number for my loyalty points. Usually by beating me to the punch and presaing whichever key they press to move the transaction along without entering the number. Very annoying.

They always neglect to clean and upkeep their coffee machines, their espresso machine is always down. Their lack of integrity has lost me as a customer.

The manager is rude and disrespectful. He should not be in charge of a store with his attitude and demeanor. 7 eleven needs to do better when they are putting people in charge. Especially people who don't have good customer service skills.
