I've needed to rent storage space several times in my life but this has to be the best experience I've had so far.
Lisa was a great help and went above and beyond what her job title is I'm sure. Before i even arrived I was properly informed on everything i should know before making the trip over. She made me and my two year old daughter feel very welcome and like family. She was very professional throughout the process yet still made it seem like we were old friends. I highly recommend renting from hardcastle mainly from my great experience with Miss Lisa but also the units are well maintained and easy to get to. The office is inviting and there is plenty of good parking. Prices are very reasonable as well.

Gates (electric coded entry) worked well. Lots of room in the trailer/boat side. Standard metal storage containers. Have seen issues with bugs and mice/rats. Units doors/sides don't close tight enough to stop the country critters (no shock there).

Rented 2 units there for 2-1/2 years while restoring our house from a fire. We had issues with mice getting into the storage units and nesting in the boxes and cloth furniture.

Stored my very expensive rv i bought brand new in 2013 here for several years. Back when John owned the place things were safe now that its under new management I've had propane tanks stolen, battery's, spare tires, tools, you name it. To put the cherry on top got a call last week saying someone had broken into my rv and was living in it!!! Much better deals just down the road DONT GET SCAMMED. HORRIBLE/UNSAFE/UNFRIENDLY STORAGE FACILITY.

I've been using Hardcastle for about 10 years now. I rent a 10x10 enclosed unit and a 50' covered spot. The gate always works and the location is always well lit. Easy in, easy out. The owners are amazing and easy to work with.
