The shop will not make good on their warranty! Car was fixed - oil change and a compressor on a 2008 Nissan Altima. Came with a 5 year warranty, which we need to use. The car is with a college student in another state. We asked for a refund so we can get the compressor replaced there - near Phoenix. They will not honor the warranty unless the car is brought to them. We explained bringing it here costs $900-$1000, which is about the same as the repair.
This is not okay to leave us out the money. Take better care of customers Lagos Auto Repair. We have two other cars in town we would have taken back to you, and one of them is also 2008 needing more than regular maintenance.
Now we have to try and work through the bank/credit card to deal with this. I wish they would just refund us since the work same repair needs to be done again within the 5-year timeframe.

I was referred to this auto shop by customer of mine.soposed to be one of the best mechanic around been in business 40 years. So I had my van towed to the shop after two weeks I was starting to worry about my truck there was only supposed to be a tire and a hub and a CVC axle after 3 weeks I never heard from anyone.. so I picked up the phone I try to get ahold of someone seven or eight times never no one no one would return my messages or nothing so I drove 25 miles from Dallas to lavon.it took me a day to find a ride.its so far and I had not worked in three weeks.when I got there I walked in and was calling out for some help.after about 25 minutes I was like I wonder if some one is here.so I walked around looking for some one.when I notice the owner staring at me. I was like that's kind of weird.so I begin to ask hem what all he did and if he was having trouble with getting my van fixed.he said with sarcastic look on his face.i head to drive all over to find parts.i said okay it's been three weeks since I have worked and could u please tell me how long it will take.he got mad told me to get out of he's work area.i kindley went out side waited for over a hr .never saw hem again till three days later .all most same thing .I set and I said and I saw he's son way down in the back .he told me to come back in two days and it would be read

This shop and
owner is the greatest. they are very responsive, honest and fair
they have worked on my 2005 Chrysler van
several times and saved me. they have replaced my radiator with a new one that would have cost alot more anywhere else. They repaired/replaced my power steering pump again after previously having it done somewhere else and it still leaked. I am about to have to have front end work done after i went to Brakes Plus for an alignment and the would not do it unless I could pay 3k for a list of stuff they said i needed done. This is the place to go when you need work done on your vehicle. A+
